How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Businessessecure Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Businessessecure Septic
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Had trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing? Start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Businessessecure Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot decide anything for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@businessessecure.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may help too.
